The Educational Opportunity Center Blue Ridge is located at the North Georgia Technical College FLAG Adult Education Center. The EOC Program provides FREE career, educational, and financial aid counseling services to individuals who have a desire to return to school to get a GED, technical training, or a two or four – year college degree.
