- Blue Ridge, Georgia: Dawson, Fannin, Gilmer, Rabun, Towns, and Union
- Franklin, North Carolina: Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Jackson, Macon, and Swain
- Athens, Tennessee: Bradley, Loudon, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea, and Roane
- Knoxville, Tennessee: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Cumberland, Knox, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, and Union
